3 Warm Cozy Drink Ideas

These 3 Warm Cozy Drink Ideas are so warming, comforting, and tasty. I really can’t explain how good this drink is, so you’re just going to have to make it and try it for yourself! It’s so great for the fall and winter time, and with the cinnamon mixed in and whipped cream on top.

Before we make 3 warm cozy drink ideas, let’s s make a cute and fancy chocolate sprinkle on your cup, It looks beautiful and also delicious to add a little chocolate rim to whatever glass you choose, again this is totally optional but I feel it just takes the recipe into the next level.

Instruction :

  • Heat 100 gr dark chocolate into pan (dark chocolate makes the sprinkles stand out more).
  • Then,  dip rims of glasses into chocolate then immediately pressed the chocolate coated rim into the sprinkles or crushed chocolate and place them in the freezer for the chocolate to set while you make the drinks. Its so yummy to have this chocolate rim because you can have a little bit extra chocolate with each sip!

1st Drink : Gingerbread Hot Cocoa

Rich, with an intense chocolate flavor, this healthy Gingerbread Hot Cocoa is the perfect Holiday drink! It’s creamy and smooth, loaded with super spices – cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg  – and powerful antioxidants from raw cacao.  A guilt-free treat you can enjoy all winter long. I absolutely love that feeling of coziness and warmness while holding a hot cup. I recommend using pure maple syrup or natural HONEY. This delicious Gingerbread Hot Chocolate is creamy, smooth and sweet. It is dairy and refined sugar free and still tastes like the real deal.

Instructions : Gingerbread Hot Cocoa

  •  Add 360 ml plant based milk to a sauce pan over medium heat, 1,5 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder,1 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger, a pinch of ground nutmeg and cloves,1tbsp maple syrup then simmer and whisk together until there’s no clumps.
  • Next, pour the gingerbread hot cocoa into mugs, and if you’d like, top with whipped cream, coconut whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

2nd Drink : Italian Hot Chocolate

Italian Hot Chocolate is one of my favourite for warm cozy drink. Italian Hot Chocolate is a mug full of creamy deliciously thick Hot Chocolate, made with real dark chocolate and milk, the ultimate Comfort Food. indulgent. This Italian hot chocolate is so chocolatey, rich and indulgent, it’s so easy to make at home and it’s ready from start to finish in 5 minutes. There’s no excuse not to make your own hot chocolate from scratch and you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Instructions : Italian Hot Chocolate

  • In a small bowl whisk until smooth, 2-3 tbsp milk with 1 tbsp of cornstarch then set aside.
  • Next, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring 360 ml plant based milk with 113 gr dark chocolate. Dark chocolate has a distinctly rich flavor that tastes amazing when whisked with milk. And when you’ve finely chopped the chocolate, it’ll melt into the most luxurious, velvety texture.
  • Then, whisk for about 3-5 minutes until the chocolate is smooth then reduce the heat to medium-low. Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1tbsp of granulated coconut sugar, small pinch salt.
  • Stir until there’s no clumps.
  • Then, add the cornstarch mixture that we made earlier and whisk until thick enough for about 3 minutes. This mixture needs to come gentle simmer to activate the cornstarch and to get thickand creamy texture
  • Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Top with a little whipped cream and enjoy.

This thick hot chocolate is ultra rich and creamy, this is the Italian style hot chocolate. You can use any kind of chocolate you like but I like to make it with a high cacao content dark chocolate – around 70% – 88%. That makes it not too sweet.

3rd Drink : Hazelnut Latte Drink

The last recipe is Hazelnut Latte drink, me and my husband love coffee so this is one of our favourite drink especially in the winter. This hazelnut latte is the perfect way to start the morning, i love the hazelnut flavour together with the espresso. I believe you will love this recipe.

Instructions : Hazelnut Latte Drink

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring 360 ml plant based milk, add 1 tbsp of hazelnut butter, 2 tbsp of maple syrup, and give a mix.
  • Then, pour 80 ml of espresso, add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon and stir all together.
  • Pour your latte into mug and enjoy.
